Supplier Criteria and Requirements Policy
One of the objectives that IURBAN DIGITAL TOURISM, S.L. sets as a daily challenge is the continuous improvement of its ability to provide its customers with better service and attention, as well as ensuring the prevention of environmental pollution.
In order to achieve this goal IURBAN DIGITAL TOURISM, S.L. has carried out the implementation of an internal Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 , UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 21902:2021 Standards.
One of the requirements that the Management System establishes is the need to evaluate and select suppliers, maintainers and subcontractors based on their ability to meet the commitments they establish with IURBAN DIGITAL TOURISM, S.L.
In accordance with the established, we inform you of our system of continuous evaluation and approval of suppliers,
as well as the general requirements and those required for the provision of its service:
INITIAL EVALUATION OF SUPPLIERS, MAINTAINERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS
CONTINUOUS EVALUATION OF SUPPLIERS, MAINTAINERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS
After the initial evaluation, IURBAN DIGITAL TOURISM, S.L. reevaluates its suppliers annually, depending on the incidents and non-conformities associated with each supplier/subcontractor.
Likewise, in compliance with the requirements of the reference standards and as a supplier, maintainer or subcontractor of our company, we inform you of the minimum requirements that apply to you in reference to the provision of your service.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICE
- The supplier undertakes to guarantee the fulfillment of what is requested in the purchase order or external work order.
- At all times the supplier is obliged to comply with the legislation applicable to the service being provided
(authorizations or registrations as an authorized entity, technical inspections, etc.). - The supplier shall implement the necessary preventive measures to avoid dangerous or emergency situations
during the performance of the work entrusted and shall train and inform its personnel about the work to be performed. - The supplier shall comply with the internal procedures communicated to it regarding the company’s
Management System. - If waste must be removed during the work, it shall be collected in suitable containers according to the quantity to be
removed. Waste management will be assumed by the company providing the service, although it must prove its
delivery to an authorized destination. - If he/she detects any risk/emergency situation, he/she shall immediately communicate it to any person of the
company or to the person who attended him/her.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE EVIDENCED:
- Subcontracts: Prior to the beginning of the service to be provided, the System Manager of our company will indicate the documentation to be delivered/updated according to the work to be developed.
- Supplier of supplies: Product data sheets, CE marking of the product, warranty certificate and certification according to UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 21902:2021 or other standards, if applicable.
- Hardware and maintenance suppliers: Report on company backups, risk information for the company and certification according to UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 , UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 21902:2021 or other standards if applicable.
- Other types of suppliers (external prevention service, management and consulting firms, among others): Provide evidence such as those mentioned that are relevant to their activity and certification according to UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 21902:2021 if applicable.
